TBK Construction Management Corp provides construction and program management services to school districts in the South Bay.
As experts in school construction, we guide districts through construction from design development through DSA closeout so they can focus on what they do best, teaching and learning!
To provide the best value for projects while helping fulfill the vision of the District and community. TBK is a small company that will remain small. We would rather provide the highest level of service to a small number of school districts than to grow beyond our standard of excellence.
Each project is unique and requires varying levels of program and construction management.
At TBK, we base our fees on the level of service needed to successfully complete your project. In some instances, we act as "Owners Rep" and others we provide full Construction Management services. Project delivery method is typically the driving factor.
Travis is a licensed general contractor. He has been a Facilities Director at both Merced Union High School District and Cupertino Union School District. He has been hired as a retained expert for construction defect and construction claims litigation. Travis was a member of the CASH Legislative Advisory Committee for six years. With a full range of expertise, he is deeply involved in all projects.
As Secretary/ Treasurer, Bonnie facilitates all of the day-to-day administrative tasks of the business.
